After initial consultation, we will schedule a disclosure meeting where you will provide details of your invention via video conference. Howell IP LLC will deliver the draft to you within two weeks to two months, depending on priority and availability. Howell IP LLC will then work with you to finalize and file the draft.
Ranges from "redact-and-file" provisionals to applications with full claims and multiple figures.
Price depends on complexity, number of figures, and number of covered embodiments. Includes full claim set and figures for system architecture, operations, and an example implementation.
Case-by-case pricing for patents involving multiple embodiments and/or coverage of multiple claim sets for built-in continuation support. May include multiple subsystems, sets of operations and/or different implementations.
Once your application is filed, we work with the USPTO to zealously advocate for its issuance.
We review the Office Action and cited prior art and draft arguments and/or amendments in response to 1-2 grounds of rejection.
Pricing within this range depends on the number of rejections and whether Howell IP LLC has previously worked on the matter. Office Actions with multiple rejections (e.g., §101, §102, §103, & §112) and transferred-in matters for which additional review is needed require additional time.
Additional fee for scheduling an interview with your Patent Examiner to discuss the Action to facilitate allowance. Includes drafting an agenda, conducting the interview, drafting a summary of the meeting, reviewing the Examiner's summary, and commenting on the Examiner's summary if needed.
Includes Notice of Appeal, appeal brief, analysis of Examiner's answer, recommendation/strategy meeting, reply brief, appeal conference, and/or PTAB hearing. May vary based on nature of rejections, length of record, and strategic considerations.
